Why is it important?

There is a need to better meet the mental health needs of the population through public healthcare. With limited resources, the development of cost-effective but efficacious interventions is needed.

Perspectives

The work represents a collaborative effort between an experienced team of clinical psychologists working in public healthcare. Working on this paper allowed our group to think more carefully about consistency in our processes across our health region and reminded us, yet again, of the importance of measuring outcomes with our patients.
