What is it about?

Exposure to environmental cues can activate related concepts in one's mind and influence upcoming behaviors. Our meta-analysis shows a robust priming effect and we also found that behavioral concepts can influence behaviors through activating behavioral goals.

Our work shows robust evidence that exposure to concepts or cues in one's environment can influence their upcoming behaviors in unexpected ways.
