What is it about?

The paper details the design of the Cottrell Scholars Collaborative workshop for new chemistry faculty, which provides support for new professors in largely pedagogy. We also report our initial assessment of the workshop's efficacy. We show that participants are more familiar with modern teaching methods after the workshop and have the same amount of impact as longer workshops in other fields.
