What is it about?
Fibroblast cells are very useful for research in wound healing. Unlike primary cells, fibroblasts are efficiently produced to large volumes and much more suitable for various cell and molecular studies. This study analyse the difference between primary cells, which are more faithful to the original tissue but limited in laboratory applications, and one of our immortalised cell lines.
