What is it about?
An empirical examination of the factors influencing the formation of environmental justice groups from 1970-2008. The bivariate association between # of existing organizations and established organizations is polynomial (inverted U), indicating movement from cooperation to competition among environmental organizations. Multivariate models, however, indicate long term cooperation.
