What is it about?

MSCs have an enormous therapeutic potential, as they are involved intissue regeneration and immunomodulation. For future clinicaluses, the design of new exosome isolation protocols is currentlya need.

Why is it important?

When 3000 MWCO concentrators were used, theprotein concentration was 5.8 times higher than when isolatedby ultracentrifugation. The particle size varies dependingon the isolation method. The use of commercialconcentrators with smaller pore size and slower centrifugation increased the yield (greater protein concentration) and purity(smaller size) of MSCs-derived exosomes
