Why is it important?

Many academic environments struggle to enhance the research productivity of faculty due to a misunderstanding of what motivates scientific researchers.

Perspectives

A first application of fuzzy-sets for me. (Thanks to the great work of my co-author). It is an eye opening experience and highlights the need for more critical examinations of our methodologies if we are to advance management theory.
