This study explores the reasons Lebanese nurses working outside Lebanon that made them leave their country and their place of work and what should be done to make them come back.

Why is it important?

Many studies explored reasons for migration however, this is the only study that addressed incentives that could attract the Lebanese emigrant nurses back to their home country.

Perspectives

The results of this study may inform decisions of nurse administrators and managers in developing strategies to retain nurses specifically integrating those measures expressed by migrant nurses themselves.
