What is it about?
This study explores why Indonesian nurses stay in Japanese healthcare facilities. Interviews with 22 nurses reveal six key factors: supportive workplaces, social connections, personal motivation, government policies, family reasons, and financial benefits. These findings highlight the importance of creating better policies to support and retain international nurses.
