What is it about?

In our study, we looked at how empowering nurses in an Indonesian hospital can improve their well-being and the quality of their work life. We found that when nurses feel empowered and supported, they are less likely to experience burnout, which ultimately makes their work life better. This highlights the importance of giving nurses the resources and support they need to thrive in their roles. We hope our findings will lead to better working conditions for nurses and better care for patients.
