What is it about?

I went to PKU, Beijing in China. Nobody did the research work in Double perovskite. I tried doing this material myself with computational simulations. Presented my work in late 2014. In Mid 2015, before I leave Beijing, I wrote up this work. Here it is.

Why is it important?

The magnetic element Mn induces spin. (See PDOS) This changes the band structure. The down-spin emits light.
