What is it about?

Cyberloafing is about people using a computer or smartphone for leisure pursuits when they should be working. It is often viewed negatively as wasting working time that should be devoted to productivity. Our research suggests that there can be a positive side to cyberloafing. Cyberloafing can serve as a micro-break from the demands of work that can help employees cope with stress and regain energy and focus to maintain productivity.
