What is it about?

Sleep problems and daytime fatigue and common and debilitating problems after a brain injury. This pilot study found that 8 sessions of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) was successful in improving sleep quality and reducing daytime fatigue in people with brain injury. Levels of depression were also improved.
