Building data base to verify milk geographical origin traceability using precipitation isotopic information

Why is it important?
As milk gets spoiled easily and fast this research has used mathematical modeling to find a substitute for it if possible and indeed the results of the research revealed that this was indeed possible.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as the research took place in a country that enjoys tropical weather year round.
