What is it about?
Artificial Neural Network is an effective tool to predict the response. In the present experimental work wear behavior of cotton fiber reinforced polyester composites modeled with response surface and compare it prediction with the artificial neural network.

Why is it important?
This work gives an idea about the response surface - design of experiments. It also reveals the effect of fillers on the wear behavior of the composite material. The experimental results reveals that the composites can be used as TRIBO material.
Perspectives
This article shows the use of natural fiber reinforced composites as TRIBO material. the environmental pollution related issues can solve to a great extent by using the natural fiber composites in place of synthetic fibers composites.
