Why is it important?

It recognizes that importance of how technology impacts on human factors when it isused to enhance the performance of their work

Perspectives

Morten Levin is a famous Norwegian Sociologist who passed away in 2023. Levin's research focused on on recognizing the importance of considering the interaction between technology and organization. when change is introduced This paper is published in a special issue honoring the work of Morten Levin as a Festschrift. The paper is based on research carried out at the University of Technology Sydney's Robotics Institute in connection with designing human robot teams in construction. See also Ang, K. C.
