Perspectives

Showed the importance of ease of use, formal training on ES, the level of education, job rank and age as the determinants of employees’ behavioural intention to use ES. Also showed that behavioural intention is more likely to be affected by employees’ beliefs of ease of use rather than usefulness or attitude to use.
