What is it about?

Helicases are essential enzymes for cellular function and the ones that unwind RNA are very important for coping with salt, drought, heat, cold and flooding stress. This chapter characterizes the helicases which help cells cope with stress, and clearly differentiates this class from others for easy understanding.
