The maxillofacial rehabilitation of an individual with a fracture in his Orbicular Cranial Cavity is reported. This case took place in the “1° de octubre” Hospital of Mexican Health service.

3D prototyping was used in the reconstruction of the Orbicular Cranial Cavity is reported. Promising results were obtained.
