What is it about?
This publication describes the efforts taken to make the Neolithic Hypogeum of Hal-Saflieni digitally accessible to the general public, particularly during the CoVID-19 pandemic. It describes the main VR experience on Oculus Rift but extends to lightweight spinoffs on mobile and YouTube.

Why is it important?
It helps attract confidence in the virtual experience such that it may be used for reference in education and research.
Perspectives
I think the VR as an educational tool has much more to evolve, particularly in the intangible cultural heritage context. This is the base upon which this can be achieved.
