What is it about?
We have produced an important radioisotope in cyclotron by bombarding chloride target with stable O-16 projectile

Why is it important?
When someone uses salt targets for production of radioisotopes the anionic counterpart like Cl is generally ignored. This is the first report for production of V-48 by interaction of heavy ion beam O-16 with chloride target.
