Why is it important?

Transformative change is necessary to halt the ever-accelerating biodiversity loss, and we need to understand how different conservation actions, policies and strategies contribute toward that goal. Our work provides a simple tool to help with such assessments.

Perspectives

I believe this article can offer to anyone involved with conservation a simple overview of what is required from conservation policies to be effective regarding transformative change. I also hope it will stimulate further work on the topic, as knowledge on practical solutions to advance transformative change is still scarce.
