Why is it important?

It is written more from the perspective of a user of the technology rather than merely from a researcher. It talks about the current problems faced by the industry, and possible areas for improvement.

Perspectives

I worked in a chlor-alkali plant and found there were areas in need of improvement. The membranes, the brine processing and the brine purging are all areas of concern. There is a need to find a better process.
