About my research
Dr. Burak Pak is an associate professor of spatial and technology-enabled design and the founder of European Spatial Research and Design Accelerator. He is currently providing service as a consultant in collaboration with academic and governmental organisations. His research focuses on co-creation, participatory and inclusive design enabled by digital technologies. He has supervised 14 PhD students and published over 130 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Pak founded the to advance research on spatial design. He has received funding from the EU, Innoviris-Brussels, and FWO Flanders for his research projects on urban co-creation. Dr. Pak also initiates community-engaged projects like Solidary Mobile Housing to address homelessness.
