What is it about?
In this study, we report a case of rare metastasis to the arm of a patient who treated for breast cancer five years ago. Intrestingly, this metastasis was diagnosed by a physiotherapist.

Why is it important?
Because it was detected after 5 years of treatment while the patient has no symptoms of disease. So, the metastasis to the soft tissue should be noticed even after many years of breast cancer.
