Extended B-polynomial neural network for time-delayed system modeling using sampled data

What is it about?

This work demonstrate and implemented a very useful concept for identifying and modeling systems with time-delay. The systematic organization of the manuscript will enable the reader to understand the utility of artificial neural networks in formulating the time-delay systems within its architecture in parametric form.
