Why is it important?

Many intervention exist to reduce falls in this population but the effect of intervention is not sustained after the study is over. It is important to know if the effect is sustained when caregivers are involved.

Perspectives

The evidence we detected was indirect as studies did not include caregiver involvement as primary outcome. It will be worth evaluating caregiver involvement as primary outcome.
