Why is it important?
The current article analyzes available electronic procedures from the same source (one stop shop) in two moments in time, for some of the most important county and local level institutions administering social benefits and services in Romania. It thus captures whether the pandemic context acted or not as an impetus for the development of e-government services in Romania, in respect to the broader topic of digital inclusion.
