Why is it important?

The method developed in the paper explain how the old lightly reinforced concrete piers may rehabilitate against earthquake.

Perspectives

The method described in this paper was executed for three bridges in Iran about ten years ago. Consequently, in addition to its technical efficiency, its applicability aspects have been investigated.
