What is it about?
This is a systematic review of available research on the tragus-to-wall test that we conducted to see if the test has clinical usefulness. Although the studies we included varied in quality, the consensus was that the test is useful.

Why is it important?
It emphasizes the importance of using valid, reliable, and simple clinical tests for health care workers, in particular physical therapists.
Perspectives
Tragus-to-wall is underutilized in PT practice. In an era of evidence based medicine it is important that we use valid and reliable tests and measures to assess and treat individuals as well as to monitor the effectiveness of our rehab programs.
