What is it about?

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the major cause of dementia in the elderly population, nonetheless, it still does not have a cure. One of the most promising strategies for AD treatment is DNA vaccines, therefore we systematic reviewed the new developments of DNA vaccines for AD in animal models.
