What is it about?

Turnover research is emerging in mental health, yet examinations on factors for turnover outcomes are still limited. The authors conducted secondary data analyses to examine the turnover factors for community mental health providers. They found that job stressors were related to turnover intention while provider characteristics were related to actual turnover, suggesting the need for considering differential factors associated with both outcomes.
