Why is it important?

We find that the mastery of metaphorical expressions have an impact in the assessments, but different prompts give different opportunities of using metaphors. We also find that metaphorical expressions reveal how people look at different groups of people or how they understand abstract concepts

Perspectives

I hope these articles inspire the readers to reflect on metaphors, how they are used and what they reveal. I also hope these articles will raise peoples awareness of metaphors and appreciate them, but also see how people might be influenced by metaphorical language - in other words that the articles will increase people's critical thinking.
