Why is it important?
Detailed discussion of the differences of Spanish ISWHQs with ISWHQSs in French, Portuguese and other Romance varieties from Italy. It is shown that the in situ strategy is not a uniform phenomenon, and can be derived in many different ways. Spanish ISWhQS involve overt syntactic movement.
