What is it about?
Journalists are prone to address the reader(s) in their sports commentaries: "As you could see, Ibrahimovic did not have a lucky day yesterday". Sometimes they use plausible questions and answers as a way to involve the reader(s) . "What about Larsson? Well, it is not worth mentioning." This feature is more conspicuous in articles from 2004 than in those from 1957 and 1974.

Why is it important?
It is the first article to show the strong tendency to involve the reader(s) in a dialogue, and this feature makes the sports language entertaining and vivacious.
