This paper discusses findings from 1:1 student interviews to explore the impact course design and teaching methods have on how students learn and prepare for clinical practice.

Why is it important?
Including student perspectives in course and curriculum design helps create evidence-based speech-language pathology programs that better support learning, clinical confidence, and professional competence.
Perspectives
This work is based on my dissertation study, and shares some findings from qualitative data collected and analyzed. I look forward to sharing more insights as I continue to explore how we are teaching and training future SLPs.
