What do first-time clients expect from architects design services and how do architects see it?

What is it about?

The study carried out a gap analysis on what first-time clients expects from architects' delivery of design services and what the architects think their clients really need.

Why is it important?

The study is important to highlight those areas where architects could improve on in meeting the needs of their clients.
