Mathematics is an important subject in pursuant of difference careers. Better performance in it is crucial for career advancement and general well-being. The paper exploits different causes of math anxiety and suggests the possible strategies to overcome this problem.

Why is it important?
The paper is crucial to teachers teaching mathematics in that it provides suggestions on how to guide students to overcome mathematics anxiety. It also provide suggestions for tutors on to present the cause so that the teachers themselves are not the catalyst for students math anxiety.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-author with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to rare area that’s is not addressed optimally. Our findings are very important as far as the problem being addressed is concerned
