we found that capillary leakage in primary cases is as common as in secondary cases

We feel that the common understanding that the secondary dengue is more severe then primary and that features of capillary leakage and therefore DSS are not limited to secondary dengue cases.Secondart infection with dengue virus is not more severe then primary infection.
