This study has proven that the selected plan species have the ability to degrade hydrocarbons present in a crude oil polluted agricultural soil.

It has given an insight on the use of these plant species and as such farmers can put them to reclamation of their crude oil polluted farmlands.
Perspectives
This work enabled me to study effectively the application of plants in bioremediation. It also paved a way to ascertain the growth performance of the plants during the study period.
