Why is it important?
To determine the mineral content (calcium, Iron, magnesium, potassium, and sodium) of two cassava species To determine the hydrogen cyanide in the two cassava species using titrimetric method and to evaluate the level of hydrogen cyanide detoxification in the two cassava species using four different method (Natural fermentation, Acetic acid, Mild steel, and Yeast) and to compare the best fermentation process.
Perspectives
The journal was design to accurately review and determine the Proximate Analysis, Hydrogen Cyanide and Some Essential Mineral Content of Sweet Cassava Variety, the result achieved will be of great important to minimize the consumption rate of free cyanide content and permissible limit.
