What is it about?

The relativity aspect in the mismatch of the results of measurements, where mismatch in the measurement could also occurs due to the differences in the directions of moving galaxies the nearby universe and of our space observatories well as the universe primeval universe results from the difference in the directions of the moving of the galaxies.
