What is it about?

This research paper is written on the wake of the new legislation regarding the setting up of childcare facilities in the establishments employing more than 50 women employees. This research paper tried to approach few employers and asking their opinion about what challenges they face while implementing this law and what is their attitude towards implementing this law. This paper also tries to give some recommendation based on the opinions and challenges.
