What is it about?
The value of electro-static charge of the Earth changes according to the value of solar rays and particle which colliding with atmosphere of the Earth which changes continuously, due to the changes of the values of diameters of the elliptical orbit of the Earth around the Sun.

Why is it important?
Understand several phenomena’s such aurora, the electric breakdown in the stratosphere or the hot sidewalk, the flashes of intense light and rolling thunder, elusive electrical discharges in the upper atmosphere, that sport names such as red sprites, blue jets and elves, a hot sidewalk, the flashes of intense light followed by a loud clicking and then a low rolling thunder and the aurora oval which suddenly brighten before its breakup into sub storm.
Perspectives
Understanding this issue guides us to design a suitable technical system to detect the values of the electro static charges in the atmosphere of the Earth in order to forecast places and times which may tornadoes occurs.
