Why is it important?

This research work shows the cell-free supernatant from the LABs biosynthesized SNPs and exhibited antibacterial activity against some pathogenic microorganisms.

Perspectives

This work helped us come to a fusion of antimicrobial application of food grade bacteria and nanotechnology. The concept of nanoparticle gives a potential option for therapeutic application in anitimicrobiosis in the face of growing global antibiotic resistance.
