What is it about?
The work is about assessing the camp or enterprise network periodically to detect vulnerabilities way ahead of time, in order to mitigate it before being exploited. Penetration testing was used to test the security of the network using Kali OS with in built Nmap for information gathering, OpenVAS and Nessus for Vulnerability scan, and Metasploit for Exploitation. These applications were very resourceful in the assessment of the campus network.
