What is it about?
Nigerian public buildings especially within the tertiary institution campuses have suffered high level of deterioration. This condition of such buildings has negatively affected academic activities in Nigeria tertiary institution. This study provided findings on the workable strategies for effective maintenance management of public university buildings in Nigeria.
