Why is it important?
The paper shows that there is a clear underdevelopment of the energy resources of the countries of Southern Africa. The impact of this is seen partly in the low level of access to modern energy in the countries.
Perspectives
The paper gave me the opportunity of working with the colleagues in my Department. It has deepened my curiosity about a wider perspective to energy resources across the African continent.
