What is it about?
Self-Directed Learning was found as the key to the success of distance learning. Since it is ambiguous and hard to operationalize, scholars suggest that it can be manifested by Self-Efficacy in Learning and Academic Motivation. The study sought to establish the correlation between learner demographics and the three constructs. Also it sought to establish the empirical correlation between the constructs.
