What is it about?
the study looked at the changing way of rainfall in when it start and how long it stays on farming pactices in Nasarawa State of Nigeria. and especially how this farmers arise to stop the negative consequencies of the changing climate. the study revealed that most of the farmers are aware of the changing climate and most of them tried adaptation to reduced the effect on thier crop yield.

Why is it important?
this study is important because it focused on bottom -top apprached of adaptation. instead of policies to be dished out to farmers, it is very important to seek to know how they are adaptationg with they view of improving on it.
Perspectives
writing this article was quite an interesting piece as it gave me the opportunity to indterract with the farmers and get first hand information about thier knowledge and adaptaion of inter annual rainfall variability. it also provided a good ground of collaboration with the co-authors to bring out the best.
